Environment Variables

`LASTBLUETAPE_PAYMENT_METHOD`	No	Stripe payment method ID (`pm_xxx`) for auto-upgrading lists
`LASTBLUETAPE_BASE_URL`	No	API base URL (default: `https://lastbluetape.com`)
