Push this repo to GitHub
Create new Railway project → Deploy from GitHub repo
Railway auto-detects the Dockerfile and railway.json
MCP_HTTP=true is set by the Dockerfile; no env vars needed
Public URL becomes the MCP HTTP endpoint at /mcp
